SHIPPING POLICY

At It girl co we pride ourselves on fast shipping to contribute to our amazing customer service.

All orders typically ship within 1-2 business day, however when order volumes are high we can take 3-4 business days to process and ship out orders.

Before placing your order please make sure that your address [including adding apt, suite or unit in front of numbers] are correct.  If your package is returned for insufficient address you have to pay for re shipping cost. 

Also double check that you've selected the right phone case size as we do not offer refunds.

USPS shipping takes 3-4 business days to arrive.

Please report any issues with a delivered package to usps.com

Please review the following before sending us a direct message:

• When inquiring about an existing order, you must include your full name and order number. Messages without this information will not receive a response.

• All tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order has shipped.

• We will no longer respond to questions that are answered on our website, including our Shipping Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy, Custom Case Instructions, Pricing, and Inventory Availability. Restocks are typically posted on our instagram story as we don't have specific dates for them because not all cases are restocked!

• Once your order has been shipped, any delivery-related concerns must be directed to USPS. We have no control over the packages once handed off.

• Please maintain a respectful and professional tone in all communications. Messages that are inappropriate or disrespectful will not receive a response. We value kindness and respectful professionalism. Disrespectful communication of any kind will not be tolerated. Starting 2026 we will utilize the option of BANNING CUSTOMERS from ordering from us in the future if need be. Disputes/Fraud will result in automatic banning.
