We do NOT offer refunds and/or exchanges unless we as a business decides to make accommodations.(We do not make accommodations because you don't like an item please be sure about what you want when picking out your items) Please be sure to pick the right phone case when ordering as we are not responsible. We recommend checking the settings on your device to confirm which case will be the right fit for you! Disputes of any kind will result in being banned from ordering from us in the future, and any orders placed from banned customer will not be shipped nor will refunds be issued.
Wrong package address/ Shipping:
If you enter the wrong address on your package please reach out to us via email immediately after ordering with the c correct info. If the package gets returned to us we will reach out to re send the package to you. You will have to pay for shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages. Once orders are shipped out you can check your tracking for updates and contact the shipping couriers (USPS) for problems as we do NOT control shipping. Check your spam folder for tracking if you don't see it in your inbox. We will not re-send your tracking through DMs.
